Get Your Car Sponsored Professionally

Get Your Car Sponsored Professionally

Car sponsoring has become a big trend in the past couple of years. What is car sponsoring, ask you? Well, it's when a certain company will actually PAY YOU to have their logos put on your car and you have to drive around and give the company exposure. It's mostly directed at race cars and show cars, however there are some companies that just want the advertisements.

There are certain guidelines and rules you must follow in order to get sponsored. It's not an overnight process and may take some time. I will provide all the information you need to be own your way to getting your car sponsored.

Instructions

1. You should have a generally nice car. You cannot expect to get a sponsorship riding around in some beat down old car. Most car sponsors will ask that applicants have up-to-date vehicles that are kept in tip-top shape from outside and inside. After all, they are mainly concerned with their advertisement on your car. In order for it to be noticed, it should be nice to look at.

2. Depending on why are you wanting to get sponsored, you must come up with a great sales pitch. Sponsor agents look for highly motivated and intriguing people. You cannot simply send a bunch of e-mails and expect a serious return call.

So, in order to really get accepted, you must bring real reason to the table. Most sponsors are interested in the amount of time your car spends in public. This is because the advertisement is what they will be paying you to display. Being out in public, on the road, traveling, or competing in show will only bring exposure.

3. Be realistic. It would be foolish to think that the biggest sponsor would automatically pick your car out of thousands of other entries. You must keep applying and keep searching for sponsorship. There are several online agencies you can contact and send your application into. However, don't stop there!

4. A great way to get companies to sponsor you car is to ask them yourself. Contact companies such as Goodyear, MIDAS, AutoZone, Pepsi..etc to request an application. Many don't know this, but you can go to their website and send a request to them online.

You never know who might just give you that simple, "Yes, we will" response. So, remember to think outside of the box.
