Education

Responsibilities


Overseeing and promoting employee relations includes surveying, analyzing and reviewing employees to find areas for employee retention improvement, promoting employee benefit programs, and managing new services and programs to attract new employees and retain current employees.


Other Responsibilities


These professionals often work closely with recruiting staff to develop pre-employment personality assessments to assist in finding candidates who match the organizational culture.
