Identify the type of music you enjoy, such as pop, rock, rap, punk, country, urban or techno, and use a music comparison chart to find artists who you might enjoy listening to. Listen to local Christian radio stations to expose yourself to new bands and music genres, or ask the worship leader at your church for ideas. Use this information to find a Gospel music CD online, in a library or at a local Christian bookstore.
Instructions
1. Visit your local library to see if you can check out the CD you're looking for. Utilize its online database to search other library branches that may be able to transfer the CD to you.
2. Use an online search engine, such as Google or Yahoo!, to search for the CD. Type in the title of the CD or the artist, looking for matches that indicate where to find or purchase the disc.
3. Shop an Internet-based store for Gospel music, such as the Gospel Music Store Online or Musichristian websites. Browse the Gospel section of Amazon, or type in the name of a CD into their search field.
4. Visit an online auction site, such as eBay, to search for the CD. Specify your search criteria to refine your results, indicating the type of seller you wish to buy from or the region you'd like to shop.
5. Visit a local Christian bookstore, such as Family Christian Stores, to look for your CD. Use any machines the store offers to listen to your CD before you buy it.
