Make banners within the theme or color scheme of the graduation decorations. This is a good way for young students to experience some visual and overt congratulations. Some banner messages can include: "You did it! Congratulations on finishing the fifth grade!" or "Great Job! Now you know your ABCs!" A few smaller decoration details can make an elementary graduation more festive.
