Constant Contact is a social media and email marketing company that helps you stay in touch with your customer base. By default, emails sent to your customers have a Constant Contact logo. You can remove this logo from the emails, but you cannot do it within your account manager. Instead, you'll need to contact a customer support representative to have the logo removed. Removing the logo is an option only for paying clients. Clients taking advantage of the free trial must purchase a subscription to remove the logo.
Instructions
1. Verify you are trying to remove the Constant Contact logo during the company's normal business hours. Constant Contact is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.
2. Call Constant Contact's customer service department at (866) 289-2101. Speak with a customer service representative.
3. Tell the representative you'd like to remove the Constant Contact logo from your emails.
4. Verify your account. The support representative will ask for your name and security code or password. By telephone, the representative will remove the logo from the emails sent from your account.
