The Haworth College of Business within Western Michigan University offers the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Food & Consumer Package Goods Marketing. Coursework centers on marketing within and outside of the food industry. The program provides events such as the Annual Industry Tour, which gives students the opportunity to visit food distribution, agricultural and sales companies. As on of the most well-known culinary schools in the country, Johnson and Wales offers the Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Marketing within its North Miami, Florida and Providence, Rhode Island, locations. The program is designed for students to earn their associate's degree in culinary arts or baking & pastry arts within the first two years. Students have the ability to choose free elective courses from the School of Arts and Sciences. The goal of the program is to develop business and marketing strategies through market research projects, long-term externships and quantitative and qualitative research methods.
