Make Your Own Calendar


A calendar is a handy item to have around. You can use it to keep track of the date. It can be used to mark special occasions, holidays, appointments or any thing you need. Making your own calendar allows you to create one exactly as you would like. Microsoft Publisher can be utilized to make calendars. Follow the steps to learn make calendars.


Instructions


1. Open the Design Wizard tool in Microsoft Publisher. Choose "New" under the File Menu.


2. Pick "Calendars" from the list on the left. Choose each layout to see a view of it on the right side. Go through the available calendars.


3. Choose one of the accessible calendar designs. Click on the "Next" button.


4. Select the color scheme for your calendar. Go through the available choices to find one you like. Click "Next."


5. Decide on the orientation. Choose either Portrait or Landscape for your calendar. Click "Next" again.


6. Pick either "Monthly" or "Yearly" depending on your desire. Click "Next."


7. Select the date to "Start" and the date to "End" for your calendar. Click on the "Finish" button.


8. Customize your calendar. Move or modify any parts of it. Highlight an area to work on it.


9. Insert a picture. Use the offered file formats to put in your own graphic. Find these under the "Picture" options in the Insert menu.


10. Review the calendar for any needed changes. Save a copy of it if you need to access it later on.
