Combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk and butter in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for two minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth. Mix in vanilla and cashews. Spread into a buttered 8- or 9-inch square pan, let cool and cut into 1-inch squares.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts, the cup of confectioners sugar and the cocoa powder in a large bowl. Blend the bourbon and corn syrup in a cup and stir this mixture into the dry mixture until thoroughly blended. Cover and chill for at least three hours. Shape pieces of the dough into almond-size balls; roll them in the confectioners sugar and store in the refrigerator in tightly covered containers.
