Promote My Business Logo

A logo is not just a symbol of your company, but a kind of character that people will identify with your business reputation. Make your business logo available in as many places as possible to raise awareness of your company in the minds of consumers and to help build your reputation as a credible business. Promoting your business logo is a simple process, but building and enhancing its character often depends on the actions and performance of your company.

Instructions

1. Add your business logo to all outgoing documents such as business cards, stationery, envelopes, faxes, receipts and bill payments.

2. Add your business logo to your email signature and include your contact info and company slogan. Send e-newsletters about your company to customers on your e-mail list.

3. Post in online business forums with a high level of traffic. These can be local or mainstream websites. Do not post advertisements, but add your company logo to the signature of your user name so users see it whenever you post a message.

4. Send press releases both in print and online to newspapers, radio stations, television stations and local business-related websites to report any news about your business. Send a press release any time your business adds new products, expands, participates in a promotional or charity event or receives an award or acknowledgment.

5. Network with other businesses to include your logo or company literature in their outgoing documents. Your company literature can include your business cards, brochures or leaflets. Organize business promotions with complementary businesses through a contest, promotional event or shared advertising.

6. Contact local television stations that broadcast business talk shows in order to promote your company and display your logo onscreen, either through advertising or possibly a guest spot on the show.

7. Advertise in local newspapers, phone books, television commercials and magazines. Leave fliers wherever possible at coffee shops, supermarkets and public kiosks.

8. Include your logo on all freebies and promotional items to customers such as pens, pencils, coffee mugs, key chains, calendars and shirts.

9. Involve your business with charity and promotional events. Add your logo design to event banners. Bring your own logo banners to display. Take a picture of banners that display your logo and add these photos to your company website to add credibility to your logo and business. Offer free promotional items to attendees.

10. Add your business logo to your company vehicle or personal vehicle. Include contact info such as your business phone number and website address. Use magnetic signs, promo plates or arrange for a professional paint company to paint the logo onto your vehicle.
