3. Add the application fee to your application. The fee will differ from state to state and is payable by check, money order, debit card and credit card.


4. Submit the completed application. The lottery agency may do a background check to verify your legitimacy. It may take a few weeks for the application to be processed. The lottery agency will contact you about the status of your application.
